Rules for
participation:
Booking fee:
75€ for participants and friends
Includes:
-Meals (2 per day) and accommodation from dinner on
Friday to lunch on Sunday, in the place of the event.
-Participation in the exhibition, occupying up to two
tables.
-Postage of correspondence.
-Event documentation.
-Event badge.
-CD with photographs of the event, to be sent later.
-Certificate of participation in the event.
-Following or special edition of the magazine “Carolas”,
to be sent later.
-Other souvenirs.
Not included:
-Transport.
-Insurance.
-À la carte meals or meals for special diets.
-Telephone or Internet.
-Entry to museums, etc, included in the optional program.
Extra nights’
accommodation: 20€ (bed and breakfast)
Extra meals:
10€ (lunch/dinner)
Extra tables:
10€ each, on booking and up to the limit of 2 extra
tables per participant. If the number of participants
allows it, it will be still possible to book and pay for
extra tables at the time and place of the event, but this
is not guaranteed.
Ways of payment:
-Bank transfer (national or international) with
all the expenses of the booking, including bank charges.
-Cheques of Portuguese banks.
Pre-booking: this
is already possible online. Leave your e-mail address,
postal address and phone number.
Deposit: with a payment of at least 50% of the total
value (minimum 37.50€).

Send security confirmation by mail or e-mail.
Confirmed
booking: up to 15th March 2009 with the payment
of the remaining 50% of the booking fee and the paying of
the extra meals and accommodation, if applicable.
Limit of
participants: until the premises are full, by
order of booking. If possible before 15th March, other
accommodation possibilities will be considered, but these
prices will not necessarily apply.
Refunds:
50% of the amount already paid, by bank transfer and if
asked by 15th march 2009 (Ex.: 50% of 37.50€ = 18.75€)
Validity of the
booking:
-Pre-booking is only valid after receipt of the
respective payment.
-Confirmed booking is only valid after receipt of payment
and photography of identification document.
-Not sending a photocopy of identification and/or
non-paying on time of pre-booking and confirmed booking
will lead to cancelation.
Exhibition:
-Just the participants who book in time and are
present at the event will be able to exhibit.
-The organization and the CPCOE are not responsible for
any loss of damage.
Participation:
-Participants are all individual although people
could come in groups.
-Under 18s should be accompanied by their guardian ore
someone responsible for them, nominated by the former.
-The organization reserves the right of admission of
candidates to participate.
Omissions:
Any omissions from these rules will be solved by the
organization.
